Dear Staff members /Students,

Kindly adhere to following guidelines and health precautions for the prevention from Covid 19 pandemic.

  • Covid 19 is transmitted through droplets by coughing, sneezing or touching contaminated surfaces. Please behave with responsibility
  • Everybody should wear a face mask.
  • Extend your cooperation to security officers to check your body temperature. If your body temperature is more than 98.40 F or 370 c you are not allowed to enter the ATI.
  • Everyone should clean your foot by walking over the sanitized sponge at the entrance of the ATI.
  • One and all should wash your hands properly at the entrance of the ATI
  • Avoid touching your face, mouth, nose and eyes.
  • Maintain one-meter distance within the class room, Canteen, labs, workshops as well as outside.
  • Avoid gathering at the entrances/playground/canteen/class rooms and do not   get together with peers after lectures and lab practical sessions.
  • The canteen will issue only food parcels and no food will be served in the plates until further notice.
  • The canteen will serve tea in disposable cups until further notice. 
  • Do not go inside the canteen and do all the transactions through the counter provided.
  • Use your own water bottle or cup. Avoid gathering during mealtimes, maintain proper distance. Do not share food /water among others.
  • All social events will be cancelled until notified by the ministry.
  • As a health precaution the lift will be temporarily immobilized.
  • If you suffer from Covid symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, breathing difficulty, please stay at home and call 1390 for medical support. Avoid attending duty/lectures and notify the ATI regarding your absence and symptoms.
  • When you are at the ATI, inform your symptoms to lecturers, demonstrators, Registrar (student Affairs), friends or any authorized person and be present at the sick room.
  • When you are at the Hostel, inform your symptoms to the hostel warden or friends and be present at the sick room.
  • If you have low- immunity health condition, avoid attending the institute and inform regarding your absence
  • It’s normal to feel different in this stressful situation. If you are under stress (lack of interest in everything, sleeping problems, loss of appetite, irritable/aggressive behavior, poor memory) you can recover soon. Talk to your lecturers, demonstrators, friends, or call helpline – 1929
